At The Bikkie Jar, all products are handcrafted in our registered North Canterbury kitchen using quality ingredients and plenty of love.

Our kitchen regularly handles:

While we take care during preparation, we cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from allergens.

 

🍪 Gourmet Shortbread

Our Gourmet Shortbread is made using a traditional buttery shortbread base.

Depending on flavour selection, products may also contain chocolate, nuts, fruit, spices and flavourings.

🍪 TBJ Chunky Bikkies

Our Chunky Bikkies are made using a bakery-style cookie base and may include chocolate, nuts, biscuits, caramel, fruit and fillings depending on flavour.

Contains: Gourmet option includes Gluten (wheat), Dairy, Egg
May contain: Soy, Tree Nuts, Peanuts

 

🥑 Keto Range

Our Keto products are made using low-carb ingredients such as almond flour, dairy, eggs and premium sugar-free sweeteners.

Depending on flavour, products may also contain sugar-free chocolate, nuts, fruit, cheese and other low-carb ingredients.

Contains: Dairy, Egg, Tree Nuts
May contain: Soy, Peanuts, Gluten

 

🌿 No Added Gluten Range (GF by Ingredient)

Our No Added Gluten products are made using ingredients that do not contain gluten. However, they are prepared in a kitchen that also handles gluten-containing ingredients.  We bake all our GF orders first in the day, so our kitchen has at this point received 2 full clean downs and we have dedicated GF prep and baking items, we do our utmost to have as much separation as possible with what we have. Please feel free to fire any questions my way if you have concerns or need further information.

Suitable for those avoiding gluten by choice, but not recommended for those with coeliac disease or severe gluten allergies.
