Cloves. Cinnamon. Allspice. Freeze-dried apple. Walnuts. Cinnamon. Freeze-dried feijoa. Coconut. Allergens: almond, milk, egg, walnuts.
 
Carbs - 5 grams carbs per muffin.
 
These are packaged with each muffin in their own paper liner and then together in a large cello bag and gift boxed for their journey to you! These are best popped straight into the freezer and grabbed out as needed, can be frozen for up to 3 months or keep in the fridge for up to 3 days from arrival.
